Admission criteria
- The applicant must be of Egyptian nationality and residing within the Arab Republic of Egypt (preference will be given to Egyptians who do not hold dual citizenship)
- The applicant must be a graduate of Egyptian public secondary schools, class of 2023/2024, with a GPA of no less than 90%.
- The applicant must meet all the criteria set by the university to which he is applying.
- Proof of English language proficiency if applying to an academic program in English
- The student must not have resided outside the Arab Republic of Egypt for a period of more than three years.
- Priority is given to students who can demonstrate financial need, demonstrate academic excellence, and participate in volunteer activities.
- Priority is given to students benefiting from the Takaful and Karama programme.
- Commitment to work within the Arab Republic of Egypt for three consecutive years immediately after graduation and performing military service for those who meet the conditions.

- Letter of recommendation from a teacher at school

- A copy of the English proficiency test result (if applicable)
- A copy of the integrated services card (if any)
- Proof that you are a beneficiary of the Takaful and Karama Program (if applicable)
- Initial acceptance letter from the university you wish to join through the scholarship
- Parental approval for your enrollment in the scholarship
