Haliç University, founded in 1998 by the LÖSEV Foundation, is a YÖK-accredited private institution with campuses in Sütlüce, Levent, Şişhane, and Fındıkzade. It serves around 12,000 students, including over 2,000 international learners from 70+ countries.

  • TOEFL iBT 72 certificate

Turkish-taught programs:

After submitting your application, you will receive a conditional offer within one week; upon acceptance, pay a $1,000 deposit (deducted from tuition) to receive the Official Acceptance Letter and Visa Support Documentation.

Final Registration:

  • Provide proof of health insurance
  • Apply for residence permit within 90 days of arrival

Specific Conditions:

  • Preparatory year ($3,500 fee) required for students without language proficiency
