Definition of the ECTS system
- The European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) is an international system recognized by European universities, including Belgium. It facilitates the student study in different countries and measures the amount of work a student completes in each subject.
- Completing a Bachelor's degree in Belgium requires 180 ECTS points, while completing a Master's degree requires an additional 120 points.
- This system makes it easier for students to obtain work or advanced study in any European country.
Application Requirements / Admission Criteria
- Be a citizen, resident and working in one of the countries eligible for the scholarship.
- To apply for a specialized bachelor's degree, you must have a bachelor's degree with at least two years of professional experience.
- To apply for a specialized master's degree or continuing education, you must have a master's degree with at least two years of professional experience.
- The candidate must have held a relevant academic degree for a maximum of 20 years at the time of starting the course.
- The scholarship does not require a language proficiency certificate, but applicants must be able to read and speak the language of the program they are applying for.

- Apply to only one program.
- Submit the application and documents translated into the program language.

- Proof of residence.
- Certificate of nationality or a copy of the passport.
